By using digimaxglobal.net you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. If you are using it on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to accept them for that company.

This site is operated by Digimax Global (Pvt) Ltd, company registration PV 00321687, of Digimax Complex, No.182/1/B, Horana Road, Kesbewa 10300, Sri Lanka. Where these terms say we, us or DIGIMAX, they mean that company.

You may browse the site, and print or save pages, for your own personal or internal business use in evaluating our products. You may not:

• Copy, republish or redistribute our content commercially, or present it as your own.
• Scrape, harvest or bulk-download the catalogue, product data, images or articles, whether by hand or by automated means.
• Submit false details, spam or automated form submissions, or use the enquiry forms for anything other than a genuine enquiry.
• Attempt to access the admin area or any non-public part of the site, probe it for vulnerabilities, or interfere with its operation.
• Introduce malicious code, or use the site in a way that breaks Sri Lankan law or infringes anyone's rights.

We may suspend access, remove content or refuse an enquiry if we reasonably believe these terms have been broken.

We work to keep the catalogue accurate, but the specifications, item codes, dimensions and compatibility notes on this site are for general guidance. Manufacturers revise hardware, firmware and packaging, so the unit you receive may differ in detail from the page you read.

Product photographs and renders are illustrative. Colours and finishes vary between screens, and between batches of a physical material such as flooring or profile. For anything where the exact shade or dimension matters, ask us for a current sample or datasheet before you order.

Nothing on this site is engineering, electrical or structural advice. Whether a product suits your building, your wiring or your power supply is confirmed on site by our team or your own qualified professional, not from a web page.

This site is a catalogue and an enquiry channel. It does not sell online, does not display prices and does not take payment.

• Sending an enquiry or a newsletter signup creates no contract and reserves no stock.
• A quotation from us is an invitation to proceed, valid for the period stated on it, and subject to stock being available when you accept it. Where a price depends on imported goods, it may be revised if exchange rates, duties or taxes move before you accept.
• A binding sale forms only when we accept your order in writing, or issue an invoice for it, and any required deposit is received. We may decline or cancel an order before that point, including where an item is out of stock or a price was published in error.
• Lead times we quote are estimates in good faith, not guaranteed dates, and depend on shipping and customs.

We deliver, install and service island-wide. For an installation to go ahead safely, you are responsible for giving us safe access at the agreed time, for the condition of your existing wiring, earthing, distribution board and power supply, for a working internet connection where the system needs one, and for any approval or permit your building, landlord or authority requires.

If we find conditions on site that make installation unsafe or that would void a manufacturer's warranty, we will stop, explain what needs doing, and reschedule. Remedial work outside the quoted scope is charged separately once you approve it.

Smart devices installed or modified by anyone other than DIGIMAX or an installer we authorised are outside our workmanship cover. See the warranty page for what that means in practice.

Every product we supply carries the DIGIMAX warranty for its line, and the cover periods, exclusions and claim process are set out in full on our Warranty Information page. Those terms form part of these terms for anything you buy from us.

Nothing in these terms, or in the warranty terms, takes away the rights the Consumer Affairs Authority Act, No. 9 of 2003 and other Sri Lankan consumer law give you.

The DIGIMAX name and logo, the design of this site, and its text, photography, illustration, product copy and articles are owned by Digimax Global (Pvt) Ltd or used under licence, and are protected by Sri Lankan and international intellectual property law. The limited permission in the section on using this website is the only licence we grant. All other rights are reserved.

Third-party names such as Zigbee, Matter, Alexa and Google Home are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used here only to describe compatibility.

If you believe something on this site infringes your copyright or trademark, write to infor.digimaxglobal@gmail.com with the details and we will investigate.

When you send an enquiry, a floor plan, a site photograph or a message, you confirm the details are accurate and that you are entitled to share them. You keep ownership of what you send. You give us permission to use it for the purpose you sent it for, which is to advise, quote, install or support you.

Please do not send us confidential information you do not want us to hold, and do not send card or bank details through this site. How we handle what you do send is covered by our Privacy Policy.

This site links to other services, including our social profiles, WhatsApp and an embedded Google Map. DIGIMAX products also work alongside third-party ecosystems such as Alexa, Google Home and Matter. We do not control those services, we are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement.

Voice-assistant and cloud features depend on the third party continuing to offer them. If one of those companies changes or withdraws a feature, the local functions of your DIGIMAX system continue to work, but we cannot be held responsible for the change itself.

We aim to keep the site available and up to date, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, or take it down for maintenance, without notice.

The content of this site is provided for general information. To the extent the law allows, we exclude the implied warranties and conditions that would otherwise apply to the site itself, and we are not liable for loss you suffer from relying on site content alone rather than on a written quotation, datasheet or on-site assessment.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost data, lost revenue or business interruption arising from your use of this site, and our total liability in connection with the site is limited to the amount you have paid us, if any, for the goods or services the claim relates to.

These limits do not apply to liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, to fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or to anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your statutory rights as a consumer in Sri Lanka.

If you use this site in breach of these terms and that causes a third-party claim against us, you agree to cover the reasonable losses, costs and legal fees we incur as a result.

You agree that we may communicate with you electronically, and that emails, WhatsApp messages, online form submissions and electronic records and signatures satisfy any legal requirement for writing. Sri Lanka's Electronic Transactions Act, No. 19 of 2006 gives them the same standing as paper. Our records of an electronic communication are evidence of it, unless shown to be wrong.

These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from your use of this site, are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, and the courts of Sri Lanka have exclusive jurisdiction. Before starting proceedings, please raise the matter with us at infor.digimaxglobal@gmail.com or +94 70 377 7244 so we have a chance to resolve it.

If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. If we do not enforce a term straight away, we do not lose the right to enforce it later. You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our written consent. Together with our Privacy Policy and Warranty Information, these terms are the whole agreement between us about your use of this site.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the current version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
